Bioionix recently exhibited at the Food Safety Summit (FSS) held in Rosemont, IL on May 9^th through 11^th.  This is an annual gathering of people involved in the development and implementation of new food safety regulations.  There were seminars on testing procedures, training and the direction food safety is headed in the not too distant future.  Bioionix received numerous complimentary comments on our technology from many who attended this show.  FSS focuses more on testing and regulatory issues in food science.
